Running Into Focus

Lately I’ve been surprised at how much running does for me beyond fitness. Getting out for a run doesn’t just build endurance — it sharpens my focus through the rest of the day. I feel clearer, more present, and way more capable of tackling whatever’s in front of me.

It’s been fun to pair that with a little side project I’ve been coding “Run With It” (draft) to track my runs and give me feedback on the go. Nothing serious, just another way to enjoy the process.

Right now, it’s not about speed or distance — it’s about the excitement of moving forward and seeing how both body and mind respond. Every run feels like progress.
