The First Time I Broke Production

Everyone remembers their first time breaking prod. Mine was a missing WHERE clause - wiped everything. No backups. I stared at the screen in silent horror.

Lesson learned: triple-check deletes, use test environments, and plan for mistakes. Breaking prod is a rite of passage. Recovery is what really counts.
